Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing the DeliveryTag.org protocol, website, or associated Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), you unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This document constitutes a legally binding laboratory protocol between you and the Foundation.
If you represent a corporate entity, an accredited signer, or a validation body, you warrant that you possess the requisite legal authority to bind such entity to these stipulations.
Definitions
DeliveryTag
The core attestation protocol for physical grid delivery.
Granular Certificate
Time-stamped digital proof of energy generation or consumption.
Physical Integrity Node
Hardware or software sensing units measuring actual electron flow.
Accredited Signer / Validation Body
Third-party verifier: accredited signer under ISAE 3000 or validation body under ISO 14065 / IAF-MLA.
Opportunity Cost Oracle
The computational engine determining regional grid elasticity.
Hedera Services
Underlying DLT consensus and token infrastructure layers.
Protocol Access & Interaction
The DeliveryTag Protocol maintains an **Open Read** policy. Public cryptographic proofs are accessible to all participants for auditing purposes. However, **Write Access**, the ability to mint certificates or update state, requires a verified PIN and an active contractual relationship with an accredited signer or validation body.
api API Authentication
Usage of the DeliveryTag API is subject to rate limiting and requires secure cryptographic credentials. Compromised credentials must be reported within 60 minutes of discovery.
Intellectual Property
All technology comprising the DeliveryTag Protocol, including but not limited to Hepta-Validation algorithms and the Causal Dispatch Proof system, is protected by international intellectual property law.
- USPTO Patent Pending: 64/023,803
- USPTO Patent Pending: 64/023,364
The Protocol operates under an **Open Audit** license. While the source code is visible for security verification, it is NOT "Open Source" for the purpose of replication or commercial forking without express written consent from the Foundation under FRAND terms.
Nature of Certificates
Granular Certificates (GCs) issued by the protocol represent digital attestations of physical delivery at a specific point in time and space. They are:
- NOT financial instruments, securities, or commodities.
- NOT refundable once minted to the ledger.
- Strictly for the purpose of environmental and operational reporting.
Verifier Independence
Accredited signers (ISAE 3000) and validation bodies (ISO 14065 / IAF-MLA) are independent commercial operators. The Integrity Protocol Foundation does not control, influence, or guarantee the outcomes of their verification work. Any disputes regarding verification must be resolved directly with the respective signer or validation body.
07 · No Warranty
The protocol is provided "As Is" and "As Available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Outages of the underlying Hedera DLT or regional grid telemetry are outside our control and jurisdiction.
08 · Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, liability is capped at the fees paid to the Foundation in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Foundation and its directors from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the protocol, submission of fraudulent telemetry data, or violation of third-party grid connection agreements.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This protocol is governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, specifically the laws applicable in the Canton of Zug. Any disputes shall be exclusively referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration of the Swiss Arbitration Centre. The seat of arbitration shall be Zurich.
